The mobile operator MTS announced the launch of the tariff option "Unified Network. Saratov ", which allows corporate customers to communicate free of charge within the mobile and fixed networks of MTS in the region.
Free communication within the MTS network in the Saratov region was made possible thanks to the launch site zonal telephony operator in the region at the end of the second quarter 2013 Net node communication allowed MTS to cut costs to pay interconnect local suppliers to provide telephony and uncharged communication within the network in the region.
Later tariff option "Unified Network" as the operator promises to appear in other regions of the Volga region.
