We’re getting reports from Bell, Rogers and TELUS Samsung Galaxy S4 and S4 Mini owners that the upgrade to Android OS 4.3 Jelly Bean is now available to download.
The file size is about 790MB and below is the change log for the GS4:

If you have the GS4 or the GS4 mini let us know if you’ve received the upgrade and which carrier you’re on. Hit Settings >> About >> Software Update.
