Huaweians we have got some great news for you! The Huawei Ascend P6S has leaked after passing through China’s TENAA certification authority, detailing some lovely specs for us and showing off the device in the flesh.
The Huawei Ascend P6S is getting a quad core 1.6 GHz Cortex A9 K3V2 CPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of expandable storage, the same 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera, a bigger battery and 0.3mm of extra thickness making it just 6.48mm thick instead of 6.18mm. The Ascend P6S will go on sale before the end of the year with a rumoured pricetag of $440, making it the best midrange beast, beating only the Ascend P6. The new processor uses a 28nm design instead of 40nm making it 50% more power efficient and up to 80% faster.
The Ascend P6 will seemingly feature Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, but a Android 4.4 KitKat update is in the works for January 2014.
