How to update

From the Home screen, touch Menu Menu key > Settings Settings Shortcut > More Settings More Tab Icon > About device About Device Icon > Software update > Check for updates.
Touch OK.
Touch Continue.
The device will automatically start downloading the software update. Once complete, the device will restart.
Please wait until your phone reboots completely, and then select Done to finish.
How to verify the update

From the Home screen, touch Menu Menu key > Settings Settings Shortcut > More Settings More Tab Icon > About device About Device Icon.

How to update

Customers will receive an alert and be prompted to download the update. From the Home screen, touch Menu Menu key > Settings Settings Shortcut > More Settings More Tab Icon > About device About Device Icon > Software update > Check for updates.
NOTE: You can also postpone the update for 1, 4, or 8 hours for up to 3 times.

Touch Continue.
The device will automatically start downloading the software update. Once complete, the device will restart.
Please wait until your phone reboots completely, and then select Done to finish.
